Antibiotics are only effective against what?

Patient demand for antibiotics when they have cold or flu, and the huge amount of antibiotics given to food animals are two big reasons we have antibiotics-resistant bacteria.

Lionessa, We completely agree wholeheartedly. Antibiotics are overprescribed by doctors to demanding patients when they're not needed; they cater to them far too much. Then due to overprescribing them, some people become immune to certain antibiotics; which becomes another problem all together.

Lionessa, that's why many of us choose to buy antibiotic free meats
