Highland High School is the school they attended in the cartoon, and is a school in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where Mike was raised. I don't think he went to Highland though.

Although I rarely find Saturday Night Live very funny, they had a good skit with 2 women playing Beavis and Butthead's moms. Clever and looked like the characters.
