What is cerumen?

Now i know earwax helps in lubricating and cleaning ear canal

I hope the picture is of earwax from a mammal other than a human, that's one HUGE clump!

Sometimes too much earwax can cause hearing problems.

That looks like a very big piece of ear wax, if you ask me!
