LargeWilderness, I believe that when Winston Churchill was in the House of Commons ( British Parliament) he wanted to say one of his opponents was not being truthful. You cannot call someone a liar in the House so what he said was along the lines of “You , sir , are guilty of a terminological inexactitude “ meaning they were lying .
