Which is the most common form of color blindness?

18th cent. Manchester scientist, John Dalton, who had the condition and studied it. My father had the condition: he loved to paint, but trees might have red leaves, and post boxes might be green! (And not in autumn or Ireland.)

I would have liked some information on the underlying causes.

It is genetic and is inherited from the mother.
