My husband is from Iran (been in Canada for over 40 years) koobedeh is his favourite dish and we have friends that make this dish, we love it and also chello kabob which is chicken breast.

WHERE WE USED TO LIVE IN CA. THERE WAS A RESTAURANTTHAT SERVED MEDITTERANEAN FOOD LIKE THIS. IT WAS TASTY AND DELICIOUS. THERE WAS CHICKEN AND OTHER MEt beside lamb.
