In what UK city is the building called The Cheesegrater?

London has the Shard, the Gherkin, and now, the Cheesegrater.

BlueEyedAlien, Not a very attractive building. But that seems to be norm of architects of late.

The picture gave it away, the other pointy building is a well known London landmark.
