Heecm, I have my doubts as to the authenticity as well. I have a good friend from Kuwait who was in a bad marriage. According to Islam, couples can not divorce unless the man declares, "I divorce you" three times. It can be said 2 times over many years, but when said the third time, that's it, and there is no turning back. He finally said it a 3rd time as he was ready to split as well.
