The majority of the population should decide what is the official language for their country. All countries have historical atrocities as well as great strengths and achievements to be proud of. African countries have been and continue to be 4ever brutally changing. It must be my POV because I've lived a lifetime watching from afar. Only it does appear things are much more difficult in general if you are in Africa.
