While he may have been a gun nut, he is one of my favorite actors! His performance in Ben-Hur is unparalleled!!! I have loved him in many movies- from The Ten Commandments to Soylent Green. He was also dedicated to his craft. He work extra hard to drive his own chariot and do it well in Ben-Hur. He had depth and pathos. No one like him! 🥰
