Correct answer: Charlton Heston

The best quote from Charleston Heston is "Politically correctness is nothing but tyranny with manners!" (So true, too true!)

15 million wouldn't cover the actors these days. guess that is why they charge $20 for popcorn and drink

daveindy, so true, so true. On a fixed income going to a movie is a real luxory now. I remember my Great Grandmother ❤️ giving my sister and I $2.50 for two theatre tickets, large popcorn and two Coca-Colas on Saturday afternoon in 19667! Wonderful, wonderful times.....

My mom and I would go to the Fox theater on Van Nuts Blvd for 75¢. That included double features. We would buy chocolates (to take in) down the street from a very famous business still around today. Refreshments too in-theater were great back then. Good memories!

JimmyLovesQL, I agree. I had the video for many years. The last part always moves me to tears, because it gives me hope of the future what Jesus will do for everyone on earth.

daveindy, actually the movie theater is the one charging the high prices because they hardly make any money for ticket sales because of the price they have to pay the movie studios

Stephen Boyd played the bad guy who gets it in the end. That chariot race was well choreographed and edited (altho they did miss a bit of camera truck tracks). Saw it twice: School field trip and youth group outing.
