MetalDragoness76, Tragic but true. In the Middle Ages being 40-years-old was considered “old” age. I imagine 19 was full on adulthood. If she hadn’t been so extraordinary, she likely would have been married with 2 or 3 children. Only the royals, and aristocracy lived longer. Although kings and queens were pressured to have as many “heirs” as possible.
