Gene Roddenberry created which famous sci-fi show?

I remember sitting with my family each week to watch Star Trek and "To Go Where No Man Has Gone Before." Thank-you, Gene Roddenberry.

I believe his ashes were released into outer space after he was cremated. One of the greatest shows ever made. Unforgettable characters!

He was also responsible for "Have Gun Will travel"

I have never missed an episode of any of the franchises, or movies! I once called in to my job to tell them I wouldn't be coming in! They asked if I was sick! I said no, and they asked why ! I told them it was because Star Trek was coming on that evening, and I had told them I would not work on those nights! They appreciated my honesty and never scheduled me on Star Trek night afterwards! True story!

My hubby was having a ST marathon yesterday thanks to Paramount +.

An acquaintance chose his car numberplate from the Enterprise. So I concocted a story that Roddenberry got the idea after seeing his numberplate. Of course it was ironic: the 'plate was made years after Roddenberry had passed away.

Thank you Gene Roddenberry for all your hard and visionary work ! I will never apologize for my steadfast love of all things Star Trek ! P.S. Just finished watching all 7 seasons of Deep Space Nine.

brickmartian, U were very fortunate that u didn't get fired. Maybe ur boss was a big Fan of Star Trek, too? My brother got the whole family into liking Star Trek!! It was wonderful family time that we spent watching that show!! I remember just as well, having Coke and popcorn tuning in every time it came on! Thanks, Mr. Roddenberry 4 the wonderful memories!! RIP, dear man.
