I loved Startrek from the first time I saw it. I've been a fan ever since and my appreciation for science fiction in general came from this show. BTW, both William Shatner and Leonard Nimoy are both Aries.

My bro, was a Major Treki, said that William Shatner said He almost didn't like playing on Star Trek because he was type cast 4 soo long as Captain Kirk. In my opinion, he shouldn't Really feel that way because he starred in soo many other roles. I've seen him in old Twilight Zone, Bonanza, Six Million Dollar Man, and countless other shows. Not to mention TJ Hooker, which he was Awesome and Fantastic in. Idk how old is was back then, but he was still a Hunk back then. My point is this, be Happy that people remembered u in such an Awesome role as Captain of a starship, ya know??

I was kinda late to the party. I started watching Star Track in my 40's. It is a really cool 60's television show! I like how Kirk always seems to find a babe to kiss regardless of how much trouble they find themselves in. And the doctor guy has a lot of great lines, "Damit Jim! I am a doctor not escalator!!"
