Who had a horse called Bucephalus?

Many of us have known the joy and comfort of an animal friend and the grief of their loss.

'cephalus' means 'head' in latin. I guessed the Bu was for bullock or some such. Didn't realize he named his horse for the mark however.

I play a game with my sister where I'm Bucephaluas and she's Alexander the great.

I didn’t know that, I can’t pronounce the name of the horse, I would love to hear more about the horse and see some kind of picture of him,, he had to be a magnificent animal and it is so heartbreaking to lose a beautiful animal friend, ,,
