The Lord of the rings is probably the best fantasy world ever created. I have read all three Lord of the Rings book, The Hobbit, The Children of Hurin, and am halfway through The Fall of Gondolin. I have watched all six movies, and have watched The Rings of Power TV show. I am very excited that there are two new movies releasing very soon, and that the extended editions of the original trilogy are coming to theaters remastered. (Also, a new season of Rings of Power is coming out.) Thank you J.R.R Tolkien for these amazing adventures. Also, I then Peter Jackson for making this world come to life in such a brilliant way in theaters and on TV

I first went to Middle Earth when I was seventeen, and I never really left. Great books stay with you and change you. I had despaired of anyone successfully translating the Trilogy to film, then along came Peter Jackson. His Trilogy is a triumph, a true Magnum Opus.

I loved reading the Hobbit when I was a little child. But reading the three enormous books of the Lord of Rings I was enraptured. It transported me to a magical wondrous world that was not always safe but was filled with noble and heroic figures.

The word Istari was also mentioned by Tolkien to describe 5 men that came to Middle Earth to help in the battles between Morgoth and Sauron only Gandalf-Mithrandir, Radagast the Brown and Sauruman the White/ Many coloured are named. Loved Tolkiens stories and The Amazon series Rings of Power was in my opinion as good as the film trilogy. The Hobbit trilogy while good went way off track from the book.
