As of 2023, which driver has won the most open-wheel American racing championships?

racing is probably the last thing I would think of watching.

I had no clue because I don't watch these cars race. Very rarely do I watch a Nascar race. I would rather be AT a dirt track watching some "rubbin' & racin'" there!! 😆
