I haven't had it in a while, but it is really scary and makes it hard to function.

Recently watched the new mission impossible on the ARC screen and left the theater nauseous as there was way too much movement and flashing lights and all kinds of disorienting scenes. The train at the end really ended my world. Having vertigo is miserable.

There is a relatively easy exercise you can do to restore the crystals to their necessary place. My Dr. showed me a few months back and also sent me the YouTube video in case it happens again. It was amazingly effective, and I haven’t had any further problem.

Judy, I've suffered from vertigo for nearly 10 years. The first attack was the worst, I ended up sitting in a ditch in the woods, feeling nauseous and dizzy. I fall a lot, so l use a stick when I go close to my pond If I fell in now I'd be up to my waist in frogspawn 😂 When I go into town I use my gorgeous greyhound as an assistance dog. He stays by my side and I rest my hand on his shoulder, it keeps me balanced. If I do begin to fall, a slight tug on his lead alerts him to pull me upright again. I'm so lucky to have him, his reward is a visit to one of our dog friendly cafés in town and the treats they always provide for canine clients.

I have it now, it's been a week. have to use a walker

I had a horrible case of that 5 years ago. I ended up in the hospital for 5 days. they never figured out what caused it.

I have vertigo I was reading B12 helps it a whole lot since I've been taking it it's been helping me with the dizziness and feeling nervousness
