Denver is the only city at "exactly" one mile high, 5,280'.
But, there are several cities here in neighboring Arizona that are at/just above a mile high.
I live in Prescott, which is one of them.
We're actually right about 5,300', so about 20' higher than one mile.
We still consider ourselves a mile high city.

Certainly the highest big city in the USA. I'm told that the weather can change drastically and quickly. Sunbathing in your back yard in your bathing suit in the early afternoon and two feet of snow when you get up the next day.
