TJ SISTA, Ha!! yeah you're probably right!! getting my period is like whatever I'm way more than used to it!! so I'm like um ok! I might get cramps but!! yeah that is only I really think is it?! it doesn't really affect my mood but uh that's being a women for ya!

i never had pms untill after the birth of my son. I can actually feel it coming due migraines. then I need 2 days taking painkillers, or curl up in bed. a hot water bag can help. for some reason I only have 3-4 days flow, idk if that's good or bad.
for my hubby? he is happy I don't get angry or moody lol

I never got the mentral cramping till after I had my first baby in '82, then the pains was on! Smh
In high school I couldn't understand how bad those PMS conditions were, that my friends had to stay home from school for 1-3, sometimes 4 days...
