Rachel, It is a real thing however it is not easy to diagnose. I know people who claim to have it just to get government/insurance money. They have even told me that the doctor has to use the right wording in order to qualify. So sad

I was run over by a pick up truck when I was four. For a long time afterward I would freak out when I was in a vehicle that was coasting. Also had nightmare to hoot
