It's equally amazing what both love AND hate can do. Presently, intolerance seems to be on the rise both personally and politically. Intolerance is the fertilizer for hatred. We need to remember what that did to so many, not so long ago, The price of freedom is eternal vigilance.

It may seem "far-fetched", but as a society, we are slowly evolving toward an unhealthy isolation. We are lonely in a crowd - dangerously self-centered with a barrier separating ourselves from others. It may sound extreme, but I sense it happening.

One of the greatest, most human, sensitive and poignant literature I have ever had the privilege to read. Honesty without sophistry and pretentious "art". I felt humbled at her courage, yet impotent to help.
Maestro1313
Unbelievable that she was so focused to give us a true image of those atrocious displays of human hatred.

I worked at the Holocaust Museum and loved reading all the stories, bad and good! It’s a definite eye-opening experience and educational. I met her uncle and he was down to earth and personable. A true tragedy, unprovoked .

ole biker, Anne Frank and her family were eventually discovered and sent to a concentration camp. Unfortunately, Anne passed away there. I cannot remember who, if any, of her family survived.

Player #6852065, how many monuments do you see to Hitler and his gang. Naturally we don’t want to forget the holocaust, but we don’t make statues to memorialize them and honor them..
Why would we want to honor traitors, that is what the Confederates were.

Player #326446, I suppose if you consider that being put into a concentration camp is tantamount to murder then yes she was murdered, however she died of typhoid fever just a few days before the war was ended.
