it is the best thing for reversing global warming it take in millions of tons of carbon. tying some of it up in its fibers and root system as well as the soil while releasing oxygen. only if we stop tearing down forests and stop leaving agricultural fields barren for 3/4 of the year can we actually reverse what we have already done to our atmosphere just not putting less carbon into the atmosphere can't make it better maere

Portia, you are right there is a lot of cutting down trees here in my area where I live, people that own land with trees on it is getting them cut down, and the animals don't have any place to go. Deers especially, their are so many of them.
