Mr Bumble is a character in which Dickens novel?

I always wondered if Dickens didn't model a lot of his charcters around people he actually knew. His characters seemed that real.

Played by Harry Secombe in the 1968 musical film.

nimblemoon, he certainly used what he saw around him to make social comment with his novels. so he probably did.
