In which countries is Thanksgiving celebrated?

This year (2023), Thanksgiving in Canada is Oct. 9 and Nov. 23 in the USA

When I was a soldier in Germany in the 90's the German contract workers on the "kaserne" enjoyed being invited to our dinners. Was a great time.

Turkey is good meat,especially when you have some left over, it makes a good salad. why not enjoy turkey dinner any time of year? The holiday weekend is paid for workers,and some off time.
