According to what I've read, in Orthodox Judaism, girls have their coming of age Bat Mitzvah at 12. In Mexican American culture, girls have a Quinceañera at age 15. Age of menarche of course varies in individuals. It's also been going down - e g. in the US, from 12.5 in 1950 to 11.9 in 2000. The reasons are unclear, possibly involving better nutrition or exposure to estrogen disrupting chemicals.

After all the steps females want a person who listens to her and whom they can take out their frustration due to mood swings so try to be that person in a female's life and they will be happy to have you 🙏😌

cramps can be relieved by exercise, just circle the hips as if you had a hula hoop.

Now that’s barbaric!! They’re supposedly “Old enuf” to be a woman?? Yet, they can’t drink or drive & probably still have to sleep with a cute little nite lite! Or sleep with “mommy & daddy!!” Our poor babies?! I sincerely hope that so-called tradition is 100% OBSOLETE in our 21st century!!
