Who developed the art technique called pointillism?

As a keen artist I have tried pointilism. It's exhausting but we'll worth it. The end results speak for themselves. My favourite technique is circulism, it works so well for drawing skin.

I think all of these artists are great.. I think they are just amazing.. I could never paint like that..

Not necessarily, Aboriginal people were using the technique, for millennia.

If you think about it they were probably the forerunners of all todays imaging systems . If only they called it pixelism.

I hope they were French...names sure seem French
