Both the Indian and Atlantic Oceans border which country?

Nearlyfit, I think officially Cape Aghulas which is the southern-most tip of Africa. However the boundary between the warm water of the Indian Ocean and the cold water of the Atlantic Ocean varies between Cape Aghulas and as far west as the Cape of Good Hope.

just wondering if there is specific point/place where Atlantic becomes Indian?

Nearlyfit, yes there is a place where the Atlantic Ocean becomes the Indian Ocean. it's at the very tip of South Africa and it used to be called Cape Horn. maybe it still called Cape Horn.
