What is the name for liquid rock pouring out of a volcano?

I’ve been up mount Etna just 3 months after it erupted in 2001, could still feel the heat & movement of the larva below ground, and saw mount Stromboli erupt, it was the most amazing sight I’ve ever seen

Smog can reached too far and its dangerous for people w/ashma
