must be paying someone off. What reasoning behind the Europa Cup Final 2019 being held there. 2 clubs 8 miles apart. their fans have to travel nearly 4000 miles ew. uefa allocated a low amount of tickets for fans. Because they didn't think they'd travel. So why hold it there??
