Which animal has a trunk?

I never thought of the elephant as destructive until I went to Africa. I watched an elephant eat a tree. Just a normal, hungry animal. Magnificent.

How could so many make a wrong choice on this question?

Seal could also have been a correct answer. There are elephant seals, the bulls have out sized noses that form trunks. Obviously shorter than an elephants, without so many uses, but still a trunk.

I just recently viewed a video of an elephant who saved a gazelle who was struggling in a pool of water and couldn’t get out. The elephant walked over to the pool used its trunk to grab hold of the gazelle’s horns and lifted it to safety. What an act of supreme kindness, extreme intelligence, and such an ability to understand the extreme danger the gazelle was in. This is a highly intelligent and special animal. They need to be respected and treated with the same kindness as that elephant showed the gazelle.
