I have many Hosta surrounding my property but never knew I could EAT them.

Brandy, I think they are nice looking and ornamental! They are great for lawn and garden designs, plus they are edible, which means it would be welcomed in my yard anytime! Everything in my yard is an edible plant, or provides edible fruits and nuts, as well as medicinal!

Olly, Bulgaria is weird, I don't have slugs. just edible snails, who mate everywhere!

No one has mentioned snails & slugs in connection with hostas. Is it only in the UK that hostas attract these like crazy?
