What is the name of the special device for stable positioning of a camera?

A better word than “fixing” could have been used. Fixing usually means repairing. Maybe stabilizing.

I just notice the 3 legs that give me an idea of a Tripod

Stake to ground as the Earth Rotates you can actually see the in real time the Earth Rotate and have to make adjustments.
