When my daughter was a teen (she hadn't seen Psycho), she commented that B&W movies couldn't be scary. *ahem* I sat her down and showed her Psycho. She got the point and showered with her bathroom door locked... well, to this day I guess. Admission: so do I ;D

Karen 7, I read somewhere that back in 1960, when this movie came out, if u didn’t get there early or at least on time, the ushers weren’t allowed to sit u. Why? Because they didn’t want anyone to be distracted from watching and being glued to the big screen. Alfred Hitchcock wanted ur Full attention!
