lyrehs yagabac, sissy u better use an updated atlas. that count was so 2 decades ago. Philippines sit on the ring of fire, and everytime the plates move, new islands are born. some are not habitable and not even visited yet, some only appears in low tides but nonetheless, they're counted as islands within Philippines' territory
