Of course photocopies don't have that cool smell of mimeograph fluid that kids used to enjoy whenever the teacher passed out copies.

Queen Esther, If you have a PC, just get an inexpensive scanner and a printer if you don't have one already. It'd be more versatile. OTOH, you might be able to get a cheap copier for less. I haven't priced them. Also, there's the price of toner for the cooler vs. ink for the printer to consider.
