Purple Kitty, I have a friend that worked with the group that repaired cleft palates. She was in Ecuador and had some trouble with a young female patient. The patient was bleeding, a lot. After several days the bleeding stopped. So the patients family invited my friend to dinner. The main course was guinea pig. She smiled, said thank you and ate with gusto. Tried to think of it as miniature Capybara.
