What is the answer to the math problem in the picture?

Instead of dividing by1/3 take the reciprocal and multiply by 3. That would be easier and where you would start in this equation since division and multiplication comes before addition and subtraction.

This is wrong I double checked on my calculator to make sure its 9! Division 1st so 3÷1/3=1 then left to right 9-1+1=9 am I crazy
