What is a large long-handled spoon, used for serving soup called?

I have used that for soups and stews.

i dont like soup 🍲

any other right handed people have difficulties with pouring stuff out of saucepans designed for them? I want to hold the pan in my left hand and scrape stuff out with my more capable(?) right.

The question is easy enough without having to see a picture of the answer.
