I love this place & places just the same, architecture & rock carvings are so amazing. It’s definitely on the bucket list .. though I couldn’t say when it’s safe to travel the world with the worldwide affairs of cv at present.

I visited Petra in 2012. Indescribably beautiful and amazing! the view from the Monastery at the top of a mountain in Petra is incredible.

I didn't know the name of the building but I recognised Petra from many pictures I've seen of it. It's somewhere I would love to visit, but don't think I'll manage now.

Fuadsmom, it's I think because this picture is not of The Treasury, but of The Monastery in Petra. I was there a month ago and what a sight. Everyone should visit Petra once in their lives at least I think.
