You missed out the British! Usa was only involved from 1917! War started in 1914 and was Britain, France and Belgium against Germany. British forces also included Australians, Canadians, NewZealanders, Nepalese Gurkhas and Indians.

It was about 880,000 British soldiers that died in WW1, approx 6% of the adult male population. 12.5% of those serving died. Seems strange that this wasn't mentioned.
