WaldoLydeker, they don't need to move continuously. They just always need to have water going through their gills, so sharks have been found sleeping in caves that have a strong current running through them.

Megamind, Sorry, but that is completely untrue. Scientists have known for more than 150 years that sharks get cancer. That falsehood has likely been perpetuated by
people that sell shark cartilage, claiming that the substance will help cure cancer- which it does not.
