I remember I liked Lord of the Flies more than I liked the Great Gatsby which was very good but I was in awe of Lord of the Flies. My teacher , Ms. Fisher loved the Great Gatsby and proceeded to humiliate me in class for my opinion until a very popular girl who was surprisingly nice , shut the teacher up pretty good .
