Tom, it's soursop all right! it's abundant in Barbados! I was born and raised there, eating this often, all the while not knowing anything of the above noted properties! it's delicious as well. If you have a VERY LARGE grocery store or a West Indian store nearby, you will probably find them there! Enjoy!

This is one my favorite fruit when I was a kid but sad to say that I rarely see this fruit nowadays in our place. It's called "Guyabano" in our country which is the Philippines.
