Which of these people is a composer?

The best of the few: Beethoven, Mozart, Schubert, Brahms, Mendelsohn, Tchaikovsky, Chopin, Lizst, Weber, Debussy, Rachmaninof, Elgar. Please don't add any more 20th century composers?

I don't know if it was mentioned, but by 1810 (at the age of 40) Beethoven was almost completely deaf. It was after that when he wrote his most famous piece, The Ninth Symphony.

Actually, all are composers. Beethoven is the only musical composer there though.

Did I miss any of the very best of the 19th century classical composers? I think I should have included Bizet, for one.
