No wonder I didn't know what they were talking about about !! Never heard of Rheum but my Mother used to make rhubarb pies all the time with an extra sugar crust.

I love rhubarb!! It's all I eat in the summer! I have three big patches in my yard. Eat them raw, no sugar, not in pies. Just peel them like a banana and eat them till the cow's come home!!!
