My mom put cut up boiled eggs in my spinach. I liked boiled eggs (spurred by Easter of course). I eat it that way to this day!! Sliced actually. Not cut up.

Angela , spanokopita! spinach is great with feta cheese and Mediterranean herbs! But then, I loved all veggies as a kid and still do.

For some reason, as a kid, I never met a vegetable I didn't like. Just lucky, I guess (and healthy, thank God).

Watched Popeye regularly when growing up. Liked spinach as a kid and still do-fresh or frozen. Canned-Yuck. Disgusting.
My son hates spinach. Would put horseradish on it to hide the taste. Leaves the room now when I serve it.

Mom’s across America tried to get their kids to eat spinach by telling them that’s what Popeye eats for strength. It didn’t work. Looks like freshly mowed grass clippings.
Chris
Popeye the sailor man was made to get kids to eat more spinach
