Suresh Punjabi, those two things are nothing alike. If you read explanation, the original quote was Murphy saying SOMEONE will inevitably CHOOSE the wrong option resulting in a mistake. The phrase “what will be, will be” is implying there is NO interaction to change its outcome whatsoever with or without interference, good or bad.
