It was a beautiful service. People would dance to the Lord. After service, they had potluck meals. They celebrated all festivals from the Bible.

But I object to the use of the phrase "stolen by the Christians (like many things.)" All religions in the world, both past and present, take ideas that already exist and incorporate them into the new belief. In order for the new Christians to get pagans to "believe" they needed to use familiar beliefs to get the pagans to accept new ideas.
