Tom yum, chorba and gazpacho are what type of dish?

In "Red Dwarf" series 1episode 6 "Me²," Arnold Rimmer has a memorable misadventure with gazpacho soup. The ship's captain, Frank Hollister, invites Rimmer to a prestigious dinner at the Captain's Table and serves gazpacho. Rimmer, clueless about the fact that gazpacho is traditionally cold, demands it be sent back to the kitchen to be heated. The officers find this blunder hilarious, and Rimmer is never invited to dine with them again. This mishap haunts him for the rest of his days, culminating in his final moments. As he succumbs to a radiation leak he caused (which also kills everyone else on board), his last words are "gazpacho soup," a clear nod to the famous "Rosebud" uttered by Charles Foster Kane in Citizen Kane (1941).

Gazpacho is a salad of Spanish origin, but more closely resembles a cold soup.
